When Johnathon Williams (Charlotte Corps ’14) was a senior in high school, he wasn’t thinking about going to college. That was before first-year Corps Member Erica Jordan-Thomas (Charlotte Corps ’08) taught him in math… and in life.
After graduating from East Carolina University, Johnathon decided to come back to his hometown of Charlotte, North Carolina to make a similar impact on his students. He now teaches 8th grade science at Ranson Middle School, and Erica is his assistant principal.
